Former nurses Mary Carlin and Betty Connors-Gay established Conlin Health Care, Inc. in 2001. Together, they bring over 25 years in the healthcare industry to their eldercare business.

Placing the right home care professional with each of our clients is our top priority. We carefully interview each of our clients, assigning in each home only the most suitable, highly qualified and dependable non-medical caregivers.

All of Conlin's caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process including background and reference checks, and routine ongoing supervision.

The dedicated administration and staff at Conlin Health Care understand the difficult nature of choosing the right health and home care services when a parent or loved one is unable to live on their own.
